Plagiarism Policy

The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Studies (IJMRS) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, originality, and publication ethics. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be the original work of the author(s) and should not contain plagiarized, copied, fabricated, or improperly attributed content.

Submitted manuscripts may be screened using plagiarism or similarity detection tools before acceptance or publication. Authors are required to properly acknowledge and cite all sources, quotations, ideas, data, figures, tables, and previously published material used in their manuscript.

The overall similarity of a manuscript should normally remain within the journal’s acceptable limit. A similarity report alone does not determine plagiarism; the editorial team may also review the nature, source, and extent of the matched content.

Manuscripts containing substantial plagiarism, duplicate publication, self-plagiarism, fabricated content, or unauthorized use of another person’s work may be rejected at any stage of the editorial process.

If plagiarism or serious publication misconduct is identified after publication, IJMRS may take appropriate action, including issuing a correction, retracting the article, removing the published content where necessary, and notifying the concerned author(s).

Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality, accuracy, and authenticity of the content submitted to IJMRS. By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) confirm that the work is original and has been properly cited wherever required.
